Since its beginning, Ouia has been on a mission to transform the ARK Development Land into a major player in the real estate market. Despite facing early challenges, the company showed resilience and eventually formed a strategic partnership with the ARK Group in 2021. This partnership led to the launch of a massive project across from South Teseen Street in New Cairo, covering nearly 1 million square meters. This project focuses on top-notch infrastructure, comprehensive services, and a dedication to global environmental and building standards, solidifying Ouia’s position in the market.

In addition to the ARK Project, Ouia has also entered the co-working space sector through a collaboration with MQR, creating Enawalks - a top-tier hub for collaborative workspaces tailored to meet the needs of modern professionals. This move has set a new standard for dynamic and productive work environments in New Cairo. Ouia is also exploring opportunities in industrial development, healthcare, education, and land development as part of its comprehensive approach to economic and community growth. Our History

At Ouia Real Estate Investment Company, we have a legacy of excellence that dates back to our founding on September 8, 2008. We are proud to be registered in Cairo as a subsidiary of the Libyan Investment Company (LICO), operating under Law No. (8) of 1997.

In the beginning, we faced challenges that tested our resolve, but we used that time to build a strong foundation for future growth. A major turning point for us came in 2021 with the launch of the ARK Project in New Cairo, which helped us reestablish our presence in the market.

Then, in 2023, we introduced ENAWALKS, a modern co-working space created in collaboration with MQR. This project showcased our ability to adapt to market trends and stay ahead of the curve.
